Al Nasr vs Al Wasl Arabian Gulf Cup
Al Wasl narrowly defeated Al Nasr 1-0 in the Bur Dubai Derby, while Al Wahda thrashed rivals Al Ain 5-1 to qualify.

A lone Caio goal was all that was needed for Al Wasl to win 3-2 on aggregate after a draw with rivals Al Nasr in the first leg, 2-2. The game came in the absence of Fabio Lima, who was sent off in the home leg.

However, the biggest talking point of the match came when Khaled Jalal of Al Nasr attempted to attack Ronaldo Mendes of Al Wasl at the end of the match, with officials and coaches preventing a scuffle from breaking out.

The first leg also saw a fight break out, but in the stands, when fans from both sides attempted to attack each other after it was alleged that a bottle was thrown at one of the fans sitting in the VVIP section.
