The AFC Cup 2018 is all set to enter the third matchday in the ASEAN Zone. Here is a look at what awaits us this week: 


Home United vs Ceres

Ceres Negros (PHI) v Shan United (MYA):

Philippines' Ceres Negros are up against Myanmar's Shan United on Tuesday as Group F boils down. Ceres Negros are joint-top of the group with four points and are coming off a 1-1 draw with Home United. Shan United, on the other hand, are in third position with three points but are coming off a win over Boeung Ket Angkor and will pose a tough challenge.

Boeung Ket FC (CAM) v Home United (SIN):

Cambodia's Boeung Ket hosts Singapore's Home United on Tuesday. The Cambodian team are yet to notch their first points in the tournament and face a must-win clash against Home United. The Singaporean side, second only on goal difference, are without the suspended Sirina Camara but will hope to gain vital three points.

Bali United fans

Yangon United (MYA) v Global FC (PHI):

Myanmar's Yangon United hosts Philippines' Global FC on Wednesday in Group G at home as the AFC Cup 2018 rumbles on. Yangon United are coming off back-to-back wins and will look to keep their perfect record intact when Global FC, who only have one point from two games, face them.

Bali United (IDN) v FLC Thanh Hoa (VIE):

Bali United hosts Vietnam's Thanh Hoa on Wednesday in an exciting Group G clash. The Indonesian outfit lost their first game of the season but fought valiantly for a draw against Global FC last week. Thanh Hoa, meanwhile, second in the group with three points but are coming off a loss against Yangon United but are the favourites against Bali United.

Safawi Rasid, Johor Darul Ta'zim

Song Lam Nghe An (VIE) v Persija Jakarta (IDN): 

Vietnamese outfit Song Lam Nghe An are up against Persija Jakarta from Indonesia at home on Tuesday in a Group H clash. Song Lam Nghe An have a perfect record in the group so far with two wins out of two. But they will have their task cut out against Persija Jakarta who thrashed Tampines Rovers 4-1 last week for their first win.

Tampines Rovers (SIN) v Johor Darul Ta’zim (MAS):

Malaysia's Johor Darul Ta'zim travel to Singapore to take on Tampines Rovers on Tuesday. Johor started the group well with a win over Persija but the defeat to Song Lam Nghe An has left them needing to bounce back quickly. Tampines Rovers themselves were thrashed by Persija last weekend are yet to win a point in the group. Johor will be the favourites in this game.
