Ademola Lookman registered a brace to help RB Leipzig seal a 4-1 victory over Wolfsburg in Saturday’s German Bundesliga outing.

The attacker, whose loan spell with the Bulls ends at the end of the season, got the opener and the third to bring his tally to four league goal.

In the 24th minute, the Anglo-Nigerian broke the deadlock from Jean-Kevin Augustin’s assist.

Ten minutes later, Timo Werner doubled the lead for Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men after benefitting from yet another Augustin’s assist.

However, Bruno Labbadia’s side attempted to launch a comeback with Daniel Didavi scoring three minutes into the second half to reduce the deficit.

But Lookman was on hand to complete his brace in the 53rd minute to add to the pains of their visitors. Augustin's 64th-minute effort wrapped up the victory for the hosts.

The Everton loanee featured for the entire duration while Nigeria youngster Victor Osimhen who plies his trade with the Wolves was not listed for the game.

With the win, RB Leipzig are now sixth in the log with 50 points from 33 games. They will next take on Hertha Berlin on May 12 for their last league game.
