That's all for today, goodbye!
The win takes Manchester City one point clear of Arsenal, who don't play until tomorrow against Nottingham Forest. City's attention turns to their final Champions League group game against Sevilla in midweek. Leicester miss the chance to move five points clear of the relegation zone, but Rodgers will be hoping they can bounce back against Everton next time out.
Manchester City go top of the Premier League after edging past Leicester 1-0. The visitors struggled to find a way through in the first half, with Ward making good stops to deny Gundogan, Rodri, De Bruyne and Silva. After the break, it was the Belgian that made the difference as he scored a wonderful free-kick that went in off the inside of the post. Just minutes later, it looked like Tielemans would equalise when he volleyed a brilliant strike towards goal, but Ederson tipped it onto the bar.
90' + 4' FULL-TIME: LEICESTER CITY 0-1 MANCHESTER CITY.
90' + 2' CLOSE! Tielemans whips in a brilliant cross from the right, and it looks like an easy clearance for Dias until he heads it straight against Stones. Ederson is scrambling across his line as it flashes just wide of the near post.
90' Manchester City are trying to ease the pressure that Leicester are keeping them under as Grealish carries it to the corner flag. Castagne isn't going to let that happen though and quickly wins it back.
88' SAVE! Maddison picks Laporte's pocket to set Leicester on another counter. Iheanacho knocks it past Dias to get into the box and fizzes a low shot on goal that Ederson gets down to hold.
86' CHANCE! Leicester break quickly again with Tielemans down the right and he threads it through to Iheanacho, who spins away from Cancelo to lift it into the box. Daka is unmarked as he thumps a header towards goal, but it's straight at Ederson.
84' CHANCE! The hosts win a free-kick on the left and it's another good delivery from Maddison as he picks out Castagne at the near post. He tries to glance it on, but it comes off his shoulder instead and flies well wide.
82' Leicester are causing City some real problems with their high press now, and Maddison gets it on the edge of the D. The space was there for a shot, but he chooses to lay it off to Barnes instead, and he blazes his effort over the bar.
80' Tielemans has now been patched up and he's going to be able to carry on.
79' Tielemans collided with De Bruyne during an aerial challenge, and the Leicester captain has stayed down to receive treatment after he was caught in the face.
P. Foden
J. Álvarez
Manchester City
77' Second change for Manchester City now and it's Alvarez that's making way for Foden.
77' WIDE! It's much better from Leicester as Faes cuts out a pass to Rodri. It goes from Tielemans to Maddison, who cushions it into Iheanacho's path on the edge of the box. He hits the shot first time, but it bobbles just wide of the near post.
76' Maddison swings the free-kick into the box and it's half-cleared by Dias to Iheanacho. His first touch hits Silva and there are shouts from the substitutes and the fans for a handball, but nothing's given.
74' Iheanacho and Daka are pressing Manchester City's defenders and the visitors are scrambling to get it away. Barnes is running onto a loose pass to Dias, who clears it with a high boot, and Leicester have a free-kick.
Rúben Dias
M. Akanji
Manchester City
72' Manchester City are making a change of their own as well. Akanji goes off for Dias.
P. Daka
Ç. Söyüncü
Leicester City
72' And Soyuncu is also taken off, with Daka on for him.
K. Ịheanachọ
J. Vardy
Leicester City
71' There's a double change for Leicester here. Vardy is the first to make way, with Iheanacho coming on to face his former side.
69' It's better from Leicester here as Tielemans gets his head up and tries to lift it into the box. Maddison makes a great run off the back of Laporte and almost reaches it, but Ederson just gets there first.
67' Cancelo makes a brilliant run down the left, weaving past three Leicester defenders to get into the box, but he's eventually cut off by Amartey. Maddison attempts to set Barnes on the counter, but he's tripped before he can start his run.
65' All of Manchester City's possession is in front of Leicester until De Bruyne slides it through for Silva down the right. He takes it around Soyuncu but then knocks it straight into Ward's gloves at the near post.
63' Manchester City are still dominating possession, and Leicester have everyone bar Vardy back in their own box. The visitors are working it from flank to flank, but are struggling to open them up.
61' Again, Cancelo is unmarked on the left and he clips another good cross into the far post. Silva peels off the back of Justin, but he can't sort out his feet quick enough and it bounces straight out of play off him.
59' Only Aleksandar Kolarov (five) has more direct free-kick goals for Manchester City in the Premier League than De Bruyne (four).
57' Cancelo finds himself in space down the left this time and clips a good cross into the box. Grealish flicks it on in the middle, but it's too far ahead of Silva, who would've had a tap-in at the far post.
55' Soyuncu is left on the floor as Gundogan comes away with it, but the referee plays the advantage. Rodri and Silva help it along the edge of the box to De Bruyne, who sees another shot smothered by the Leicester defenders.
53' WHAT A SAVE! It's a great corner from Maddison as he loops it out to Tielemans on the edge of the D. He watches it all the way, putting his laces through it on the volley which he lifts it over the crowd. Ederson manages to tip it onto the bar, which rattles with the power of the strike.
51' Leicester attempt to get themselves back on level terms quickly, with Maddison picking out Vardy's run down the right of the box. Two City defenders quickly get across to him though, and he can't pick out a cross.
K. De Bruyne
Goal
Manchester City
49' WHAT A GOAL! De Bruyne steps up to take the free-kick that Grealish won, and it's a wonderful hit. He curls it high over the wall and Ward is at full stretch, but can get nowhere near the strike as it bounces off the inside of the post at the top-left corner and into the back of the net. 1-0 Manchester City!
48' Gundogan slides it through for Grealish and he wrongfoots Mendy as he starts his run through the middle. The substitute does get across to cheaply trip Grealish, and Manchester City have a free-kick in a good position.
46' GREAT CHANCE! Manchester City go straight on the attack, but De Bruyne's throughball is slightly too heavy for Silva. He keeps it alive though and pulls it back to Rodri in the middle. He fizzes his low shot towards the far post first time, but it rolls just wide.
46' Leicester get us back under way for the second half!
N. Mendy
K. Dewsbury-Hall
Leicester City
46' Leicester are making a change at the break, with Mendy coming on in place of Dewsbury-Hall.
Rodgers will be pleased with his side's first-half performance, with his side staying compact and making it difficult for Manchester City to get into the box. Guardiola will be looking to make tweaks though in an attempt to open them up. City dominated possession and had more chances, but they couldn't make it count.
It's goalless at the break between Leicester and Manchester City. Unsurprisingly, it was the visitors that had the majority of the possession in the first half, and they forced Ward into some great saves early on to keep out Gundogan, Rodri and Silva before he also parried away De Bruyne's long-range effort. At the other end, Leicester's only shot on target came through Barnes, who was denied by Ederson after a quick break.
45' + 2' HALF-TIME: LEICESTER CITY 0-0 MANCHESTER CITY.
45' + 1' Manchester City break quickly on the counter, with De Bruyne picking out Alvarez down the right. He lifts a good cross into the middle towards Rodri, but Faes glances it away just ahead of him.
44' Silva finally finds some space down the right as De Bruyne slides it into him, and he lifts a first-time cross into the far post. Cancelo volleys it back into the middle, but Faes slides in to block it for a corner, which comes to nothing.
42' Still, Leicester have everyone back in their own box to crowd out the space in front of City. The visitors are passing it around trying to open them up, but are having no luck at the moment.
40' De Bruyne sees his cross blocked by Amartey to win a corner, and he swings it into the box. He's looking to pick out Akanji with the deep cross, but it's just a fraction too high for the defender.
38' Leicester have everyone sitting around the edge of their own box as City push forward again. Cancelo wrongfoots Castagne to lift a good cross towards Silva at the far post, but Justin gets a vital touch to take it out just in front of him.
36' Again, Leicester look to Barnes to get them upfield down the left and he has a lot of support in the middle. Maddison is making an unmarked run to the far post, but the cross is overhit and he has no chance with it.
34' There are half-hearted shouts for a penalty from Manchester City after Grealish tumbles over Dewsbury-Hall. The midfielder got back across just in time to get a slight touch on the ball before Grealish went over, and it's only a corner.
32' Cancelo's heavy touch takes the ball away from him, but Alvarez is alert to rush out to keep Manchester City in possession. He touches it back to Akanji, who is a long way forward, but he fires his effort straight at Tielemans.
30' The game has just opened up in the last few minutes, with Leicester causing City problems on the counter. Rodri's sloppy pass is cut out by Tielemans, who feeds in Barnes down the left. He drives into the box, but can't pick out the cross to Vardy, with Ederson collecting.
28' SAVE! De Bruyne slips before jumping back onto his feet to play a couple of one-twos with Gundogan and Alvarez to get to the edge of the box. He fires his shot first time towards goal when he gets it, but it's straight at Ward.
26' Barnes is looking for Castagne with his cross, but Ederson collects it before setting Gundogan on his way. He bursts through the middle before teeing up De Bruyne, whose shot is well blocked by Soyuncu and Justin.
24' SAVE! This time, Leicester do move it upfield quickly with a throughball into Vardy, who then helps it out to Barnes on the left. He cuts inside before hitting a low shot across goal, but Ederson gets a strong hand to it.
23' Dewsbury-Hall cuts out Cancelo's pull-back to Alvarez and turns to break on the counter. He has Barnes breaking down the left ahead of him, but he doesn't pick out the pass quickly enough before he's fouled.
21' Cancelo's cross is over everyone, but De Bruyne brings it down on the far side. He links up well with Silva, playing a one-two to try to get in behind Leicester, but Castagne reads it well and gets across to stop the Belgian latching onto the return pass.
19' Leicester have the chance to break, but Castagne finds himself penned in by three City defenders. He does well to get out of the tight spot by picking out Maddison, who is subsequently fouled.
17' SAVE! Manchester City are upping the pressure again here as it's played over the top and De Bruyne has to stretch to dink it back over his head. Silva is running onto it behind him and rifles a shot towards goal that Ward keeps out with his feet.
15' GOOD SAVE! De Bruyne finds a pocket of space down the right this time and slides a good throughball into the box for Alvarez. He's one-on-one with Ward, but the angle is slightly against him. He does force a good save out of the keeper just before the flag goes up.
14' Ward goes long to try and get Leicester upfield, but Laporte quickly wins it back and works it out to the right. Stones plays it down the wing looking for Silva, but there was too much on the pass.
12' GOOD SAVE! Grealish pulls the corner back to De Bruyne, and he chips a lovely cross from the edge of the box into the middle. Rodri glances it on, using the pace on the cross, but Ward is there to tip it over.
10' Castagne drops off and it gives Cancelo the space to clip a cross into the near post for Gundogan. He flicks it on, but it loops up into the air and into Ward's gloves.
8' Leicester have lost nine of their last 11 Premier League games against Manchester City (W2), and have lost their last three in a row.
6' The possession is back with the visitors, but Leicester are staying compact in their shape. De Bruyne tries to open them up with a deep cross, but he hits it over everyone and straight out of play.
4' Justin nicks it off Silva and sets off down the left on a quick counter-attack. He has support in Vardy and Maddison getting into the box, but his cross is blocked by Akanji.
2' It's Manchester City with all of the early possession here and they're patiently working it into the final third. Silva knocks it to Rodri, who floats in a great cross but Grealish has to leave it as he was offside.
1' Alvarez gets the game under way for Manchester City!
The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away!
Manchester City have won their last three Premier League away games against Leicester without conceding a goal. Their last away defeat there was on Boxing Day in 2018, a 2-1 loss.
Pep Guardiola makes six changes from the draw with Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, and the big news is that Erling Haaland is out due to a foot injury. Ederson, Akanji, Laporte, Silva, De Bruyne and Grealish are all brought in. Ortega, Dias, Ake, Mahrez and Foden start on the bench.
Brendan Rodgers makes just two changes to the side that beat Wolves last time out. Soyuncu makes his first Premier League start of the season, with Vardy also coming in after ending his 11-game goalless streak in the competition in that game. Daka drops to the bench, while Boubakary Soumare misses out through injury.

Manchester City have the chance to leapfrog Arsenal into top spot in the Premier League with a win here today. They've lost just once this season, though that was in their last away game in the league when they lost 1-0 to Liverpool. They bounced back from that against Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend, but that is their only win in their last four outings in all competitions (D2 L1). Leicester are starting to find their rhythm now as they've lost just one of their previous five matches (W3 D1) which has lifted them off the foot of the table. They also haven't conceded in any of their last three.
