Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
England finish their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign against Kosovo on Sunday in Pristina. Montenegro's campaign is now at an end after mustering only three points from their eight matches.
England secure their place in Euro 2020 with a dominant 7-0 triumph over Montenegro at Wembley Stadium this evening. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain opened the scoring with his first international goal in two years before Harry Kane converted two headed opportunities from close range. Marcus Rashford made it four after 30 minutes for the home side before Kane completed his hat-trick with a neat finish, becoming the Three Lions' highest-scoring captain of all-time. Mason Mount saw a goal disallowed in the second half for offside, but the hosts notched a sixth when Aleksandar Sofranac diverted the ball into his own net. Tammy Abraham completed the rout guiding a low strike past Milan Mijatovic to score his first England goal. Gareth Southgate will be delighted with his team's emphatic performance, while Montenegro will want to forget this match as soon as possible.

Abraham stretches out with his right foot to guide his effort past Mijatovic with power into the bottom-left corner.
84' Sancho makes a good run down the left flank to latch on to Chilwell's pass, but he just overhits his cross into the middle for Abraham.
81' Chilwell clips a corner into the box from the left flank that gets cleared as far as Alexander-Arnold. He goes for a strike from the edge of the box on the half-volley, but he fails to drill his attempt through a crowd of red shirts.
79' England have benefited from 54 own goals, one more than the top goalscorer for the Three Lions has scored (Wayne Rooney - 53).
78' Boljevic has space to threaten down the left for Montenegro, but he slices his left-footed cross behind for a goal-kick. Not a good moment for the winger.
77' Maddison wins a free-kick for England 35 yards from goal and Chilwell clips the resulting free-kick towards Gomez, but Simic rises to head clear of danger.
75' England are lacking a little bit of cohesion in the final third since the restart. They've been more focused on retaining possession in the second half.
A. Boljević
S. Hakšabanović
74' Boljevic replaces Haksabanovic for the visitors in the final third.

69' Mount and Sancho almost combine in the final third, but the Chelsea man's control lets him down before he shape too shoot under pressure from Simic.
A. Šofranac
Own Goal
66' GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! SOFRANAC PUTS THE BALL INTO HIS OWN NET!!! 6-0!!!! England have a goal in the second half as the defender inadvertently diverts a Mount strike into his own net. Rashford starts the move with a surge into the left inside channel and he powers a ball across the face of goal. It hits Sancho before he has time to react and bounces it back towards Mount. He swings a leg at it and it trickles towards the net before connecting with the boot of Sofranac into the top-right corner.

51' Oxlade-Chamberlain brings down Vesovic in the middle of the park, but Montenegro are unable to threaten from the resulting free-kick.
48' Chilwell is the first England defender to provide three assists in a single match since Glen Johnson against Andorra in June 2009.

46' We're back underway at Wembley Stadium.
M. Raspopović
R. Radunović
46' Raspopovic replaces Radumovic for the visitors.
The only concern that Southgate will have is about his side's concentration. They were lapse for a couple of moments at the back to afford Montenegro two good opportunities. They will be punished against stronger sides, and for as good as England have been in the final third, there remains a few doubts about their ability to defend. Southgate will be looking for a clean sheet tonight from his team.
England dominated Montenegro in the first half of their Euro 2020 qualifying clash at Wembley Stadium. Gareth Southgate's men need only a point to confirm their place at Euro 2020, but they're heading through with a statement this evening. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain opened the scoring with a low drive to notch his first international goal in two years. Harry Kane then took centre stage with two headed goals from close range, while Marcus Rashford added the fourth strike by finding the corner with a right-footed effort. Kane completed his hat-trick before the break with a precise finish, scoring his third hat-trick in England colours. Montenegro had a couple of chances, but Jordan Pickford was on form to deny Marko Simic and Fatos Beqiraj to maintain a clean sheet.
45' HALF-TIME: ENGLAND 5-0 MONTENEGRO
44' England are still moving forward with ease in the final third, but a clinical edge is evading their pursuit of a sixth goal in the first half.
42' WIDE! Rashford and Oxlade-Chamberlain combine in a move from the left flank to the edge of the box. Rashford lines up the strike, but he sees his effort deflected wide of the target.
40' SAVE! Montenegro catch England on the counter as Jovovic releases Beqiraj between Maguire and Stones. He goes for the strike with the outside of his right boot, but Pickford stands tall to make the save. Haksabanovic pounces on the rebound, but he fails to connect with his strike on the half-volley.
38' Kane is the first player to score a hat-trick in consecutive appearances for England at Wembley, having also netted three against Bulgaria last time out. He's also now England's all-time highest scoring starting captain (24).
H. Kane
Goal

He latches on to a deflected cross from the right flank from Sancho and still has work to do. Kane takes a touch and then places his effort into the bottom-left corner away from the depairing lunge of Sofranac. Expertly done by the Three Lions skipper.
36' Rashford surges down the right flank and he has options to cut the ball back to in the middle. However, he goes for the blast towards the near post and sees his cross blocked.
34' England have scored four goals in the first half of a game for the third time in 2019 (also vs Kosovo & Bulgaria).
M. Vešović
Yellow Card
33' Vesovic is fortunate to remain on the pitch. First he clips the back leg of Rashford to give away a foul. The forward reacts with a shove and then the defender plants his head straight on that of his opponent. The referee does not see the entire incident and brandishes only a yellow card.
32' BLOCK! England are denied a fifth goal as Rashford backheels the ball towards goal from close range, but Mijatovic manages to stick out a leg to make the block on the line.
M. Rashford
Goal
30' GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! RASHFORD MAKES IT FOUR!!!! 4-0!!! Montenegro's defence is all over the place, allowing Rashford space and time to drill an effort into the right corner. England catch the visitors cold from the corner and Alexander-Arnold lifts a deep cross to the back post. Maguire has a free header, but guides his effort straight at Mijatovic, who makes the save. However, Rashford pounces on the rebound and picks his spot with his right foot to find the net.
29' Alexander-Arnold releases Sancho over the top and he wins an England corner off the legs of Radunovic.
27' SAVE! Pickford dives to his left to produce a fine stop to deny the visitors. England switch off at the free-kick and Vesovic picks out the run of Simic. The defender connects with a diving header towards the right corner, but the England keeper gets across to palm it past the post.
26' Vesovic surges down the right flank and he wins a free-kick on the sideline, drawing the foul from Chilwell.
25' No player has scored more goals when starting as captain for England than Harry Kane (23, level with Viv Woodward).

Kane beats his man at the near post and glances his effort past the helpless Mijatovic into the right corner of the net.
24' Rashford runs at Vesovic down the left flank and he wins a corner for England as the defender diverts the ball behind.
22' Beqiraj eases the pressure slightly on his team by winning a free-kick going down under pressure from Maguire. England are encamped on the edge of the Montenegro half.
20' England have scored 29 goals in 2019 - their highest return in a single calendar year since 1982 (34).

Assist
18' Chilwell notches his second assist of the game with a fine cross for Kane to head home.
H. Kane
Goal
18' GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! KANE DOUBLES ENGLAND'S LEAD!!! 2-0!!! The Three Lions take control of the contest as their skipper guides home the free-kick from Chilwell. The delivery from the England left-back is on the money from the left flank, putting the ball into a dangerous spot in the six-yard box. Kane fends off a challenge in the air and glances his effort past Mijatovic from close range.
18' England win a free-kick on the left flank as Chilwell is brought down by Hokco. The full-back stands over the set-piece.
17' SAVE! Mijatovic comes to the rescue once again for the visitors. Rashford charges into space to latch on to Sancho's throughball in the right inside channel. The forward goes for the blast towards the near post, but the Montenegro keeper sticks out a hand to divert it behind.
15' Vesovic weaves his way through the England defence down the right flank, and Maguire has to act to stop his run by poking the ball out for a corner.
14' Oxlade-Chamberlain has scored his 7th goal for England and his first since June 2017 (vs Scotland).
13' SAVE! Mijatovic denies England a second with a fine reaction stop. Sancho causes problems down the right as he clips a cross towards Kane. The England captain cannot make clean contact with his header, but the ball drops in the six-yard box. Mount charges forward to steer it towards the net, but Mijatovic spreads himself to make the stop.
B. Chilwell

11' Chilwell clips a cross into the feet of Oxlade-Chamberlain with precision and the midfielder does the rest.
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain

11' GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!! OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN FIRES HOME!!! 1-0!!!! England take the lead through a brilliant strike from Oxlade-Chamberlain on his first start in over a year. 10' England are pressing Montenegro deep in their own half. It's hard for the visitors to break out from the back at the moment.
8' A foul by Radunovic on Sancho earns the home side a free-kick, but the delivery from Alexander-Arnold from the right flank is caught by Mijatovic.
6' CLOSE! Sancho takes the ball in stride down the right flank and he fires a low ball across the face of goal, but Sofranac is able to intervene just in time ahead of Kane in the middle.
4' Alexander-Arnold clips a ball over the top down the right flank for Sancho to chase, but the cross from the forward is claimed at the near post by Mijatovic.
3' England are able to clear their lines with relative ease from the delivery from the left flank by Jovovic.
2' Beqiraj wins a corner down the left flank for the visitors off the legs of Maguire. Montenegro have an early opportunity to put England under pressure.
1' Rashford makes a surge down the left flank, but his progress is halted by a sliding challenge from Vesovic.
1' We're underway at Wembley Stadium.
This match will be England’s 1000th official game – they’ve won 568 of the previous 999 matches (57%), with two of those wins coming against Montenegro.
Montenegro have made seven changes to their team from their defeat at the hands of Kosovo last time out. Mijatovic comes into the side between the sticks, while Vesovic, Sofranac and Radunovic slide into the back four alongside Simic. Hocko starts in the middle of the park and a front three of Jovovic, Beqiraj and Haksabanovic spearhead the attack.
Sterling's discipline issues during the week have resulted in him being dropped from the squad. Sancho comes into the fold to replace him from England's 5-0 win over Bulgaria last time out. Mount replaces the suspended Jordan Henderson in the midfield, while Stones and Alexander-Arnold return in the back four ahead of Trippier and Mings. Ross Barkley's injury opens up a spot for Oxlade-Chamberlain to also start in midfield.
MONTENEGRO SUBS: Danijel Petkovic, Momcilo Raspopovic, Boris Kopitovic, Stefan Mugosa, Matija Sarkic, Nemanja Sekulic, Igor Vujacic, Damir Kojasevic, Darko Bulatovic, Aleksandar Boljevic, Marko Jankovic.
MONTENEGRO (4-3-2-1): Milan Mijatovic; Marko Vesovic, Aleksandar Sofranac, Marko Simic, Risto Radunovic; Deni Hocko, Dusan Lagator, Nikola Vukcevic; Vladimir Jovovic, Sead Haksabanovic; Fatos Beqiraj.
ENGLAND SUBS: Kieran Trippier, Nick Pope, Danny Rose, Joe Gomez, Tyrone Mings, Fikayo Tomori, Declan Rice, James Maddison, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Callum Wilson, Tammy Abraham, Dean Henderson.
ENGLAND (4-3-3): Jordan Pickford; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Harry Maguire, John Stones, Ben Chilwell; Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Harry Winks, Mason Mount; Jadon Sancho, Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford.
Montenegro are already eliminated from the competition and have failed to win any of their seven matches. They were beaten 2-0 last time out by Kosovo on the road as goals from Amir Rrahmani and Vedat Muriqi condemned them to defeat. Their match against England earlier in qualifying was one sided to say the least with the Three Lions recording a 5-1 victory in Montenegro, despite the home side taking the lead through a Marko Vesovic strike. Pride is at stake for Faruk Hadzibegic's men to avoid finishing bottom of the group.
This game holds special significance for England as it will be the 1000th match played by the Three Lions. Gareth Southgate's men have plenty of motivation to perform other than the occasion as a point will see them secure their place in Euro 2020. The build-up to the contest has been blighted by the bust-up between Raheem Sterling and Joe Gomez that has seen the former dropped for tonight's match. Southgate will be hopeful that his team can put the incident to one side to complete their objective tonight.
Good evening and welcome to live commentary of the Euro 2020 qualifying clash between England and Montenegro at Wembley Stadium.
