The home side were left stunned by the Liberian forward who benefitted from a Lions error
Both Agu Casmir and Shaiful Esah, who have been missing due to injury, found themselves on the teamsheet for the match, with the latter starting on the left wing.
LionsXII were lively from the start, pressuring Terengganu on many occassions. Shaiful came close to breaking the deadlock for the home side in the opening ten minutes, but his volley from inside the penalty box flew just over the crossbar.
The match was noticeably halted for more than ten minutes after a power trip caused two floodlights to fail. When play resumed the home side had another great chance to score but Firdaus Kasman's shot flew over the bar after a great dummy by Shahril Ishak.
After the break, it was Terengganu that showed greater urgency to open the scoring and Francis Forkey Doe continued to trouble the LionsXII's makeshift defence as he pushed deeper to influence play.
LionsXII failed to create any key chances in the second-half with the exception of Casmir's miss shortly before Terengganu's goal. The Singapore international skied his effort when he had only the keeper to beat from a good angle after being played through brilliantly by Shahril.
Shortly after, Terengganu punished the LionsXII defence after a mistake by Hariss Harun. The vice-captain smashed his clearance straight at Doe who chased the ball down before muscling himself into position to fire a low shot to the bottom far corner to beat Izwan Mahbud.
The win ended LionsXII's recent surge in form that saw the team pick up two back-to-back wins, while Terengganu increased their winning run to four.
