Ushuru once again dropped points in the National Super League after failing to get the better of Nairobi Stima in a match played on Sunday.
The tax men needed a win to go top of the table after Western Stima's lose to Bidco United on Saturday, but things were just not adding up as expected, following the team's 1-1 draw against Coast Stima last weekend.
Barrack Odhiambo set the ball rolling in favor of the taxmen in the 34th minute from the penalty spot. However, the power men leveled matters in the 56th minute courtesy of Gichovi Washington. The winning goal came in the 83rd minute through Brian Musa.
At Camp Toyoyo, Nairobi City Stars failed to get past Kibera Black Stars. The visitors started the match well, playing their trademark passing game, and were rewarded in the 38th minute when Wilson Njuguna gave them a deserved lead.
However, with seven minutes to go, Jaswel Ngugi ensured the John Amboko led side go home with a point with a well taken leveler. In another match played on Saturday, Coast Stima and Isebania played to a barren draw.
