Hosts Ulinzi Stars will be without defender Cylus Shitote when they take on Sofapaka in a Kenyan Premier League match on Sunday.

Shitote is down with malaria infection and will miss the biggest match of the day.

“Shitote is definitely out,” Coach Dunstan Nyaudo told the club's website.

The Soldiers, however, received a boost following the return of three players ahead of the all-important clash.

Kelvin Amwayi, who has been out since April with a thigh muscle strain is back in training and could be in contention for a place in the team to play Sofapaka.
