Tottenham were 10 minutes away from exiting the Champions League before Christian Eriksen's (80') late intervention secured a vital win.

The Italians seemed set to leave London with the point they needed to secure their place in the knockout stages and dump Spurs out, but substitute Eriksen lashed home with 10 minutes remaining to move Mauricio Pochettino's side level on points with them.

Lucas Moura (85') came to Tottenham's rescue with a late equaliser to secure a dramatic 1-1 draw at Barcelona which sent them through to the Champions League last 16 at the expense of Inter Milan. Ousmane Dembele had given the home side the lead with his seventh-minute opener.

Pochettino's men needed to at least match Inter's result at home to PSV (1-1) but they looked to be heading into the Europa League. However, Lucas struck five minutes from time to turn the situation on its head and send Spurs through.
