Sofapaka striker Wank Pate is full of confidence that his side will win the 2017 league title

Sofapaka striker Wanok Pate has said that his team is out to register positive results with the aim of lifting the 2017 Kenyan Premier League title.

The Ugandan scored one of the Batato ba Mungu’s two goals against Tusker on Sunday and he explains that Sofapaka can win the league.

"Yes it’s possible (to win the league). We have good teamwork and to win anything, teamwork is very crucial. We also have good players in every department which I think will also count in the title run," he told the club's website.

They are now placed at position five with seven points from four matches. Gor Mahia are at the top with nine points.
