Ojo predicts easy win for Enyimba vs Tornadoes

The People’s Elephant’s midfielder has boasted that the Ikon Allah Boys won’t stop them from taking maximum points on Sunday

Dare Ojo feels that Enyimba are capable of beating Niger Tornadoes without much sweat as they seek a return to winning way after their capitulation in Uyo against Akwa United last weekend.

Ojo disclosed that they had put behind them defeat to the Promise Keepers and that they are looking forward to the weekend fixture with the Ikon Allah Boys with the optimism that their pedigree and quality in the team will sway the result easily in their favour at the U.J Esuene Stadium, Calabar.

“Naturally we should not have problem beating Tornadoes,'' Ojo told Goal.

''We have the players to get the job done and our coaches too are among the best in the topflight. We have looked at the mistakes we made and we are hoping to correct them against Tornadoes on Sunday.

''We are Enyimba and our name speaks for us. We will strive to beat Tornadoes because we know we must win for us to move up on the league table.''

Enyimba were displaced from their previous third spot on the league table after the weekend matches and are now seventh with 41 points from 27 games.
