Kasper Schmeichel says the memory of seeing the helicopter crash that killed Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha will stay with him.
The helicopter came down shortly after taking off from Leicester's pitch on October 27, claiming the lives of the club's owner and four others.
The Foxes won their first game after the incident when they beat Cardiff City 1-0 on Saturday, which was preceded and followed by tributes to Srivaddhanaprabha by the players and fans.
And Schmeichel opened up about the impact seeing the crash has had on him over the last week, telling reporters: "I was on the pitch and I waved him off. It is something that will stay with me, unfortunately.
"I saw it all happen. It's not a nice memory but I've had all the support that I need. The club has been great and everybody has received the support that they needed."

Saturday's win proved an emotional match for Schmeichel and his team-mates as they continue to mourn the loss of the man who built the Premier League title-winning team of 2016.
"It was tough," Schmeichel said. "But we wanted to do it for the chairman and his family. We wanted to be together about this, because we've all lost what feels like a family member.
"He brought everybody here and none of this - the memories, this family he's built, the culture he's instilled - would be here without him.
"When he took over this club it was in a pretty precarious situation, and to build what he has is quite amazing.
"It's one thing building a team and a club that can perform on the pitch, but we're more proud of the family that he's created and the feeling he's instilled in everybody being welcome."
Schmeichel, Jamie Vardy and captain Wes Morgan were part of the delegation of players who flew to Thailand to attend Srivaddhanaprabha's funeral, which started on Saturday and will consist of a week of ceremonies in his honour.
