Massimiliano Allegri's side were well beaten 3-2 at the weekend and they will have to improve considerably if they are to stand a chance against Barca.
Ernesto Valverde's Blaugrana swept to a 3-0 victory when the sides faced off at the Camp Nou in September and they can ensure they finish top of Group B by avoiding defeat.

BETTING & MATCH ODDS
Barcelona are slight favourites to win at 6/4 according to dabblebet, with Juventus rated at 2/1. A draw between the sides in Turin is available at 23/10.
Interestingly, there are odds of 22/1 for Barca to repeat their 3-0 scoreline from the previous meeting between the teams.
Following Juventus' surprise capitulation against Sampdoria at the weekend, Allegri stressed the need for his team to improve and suggested that the reason for their patchy form of late was because they lacked balance.
Indeed, the Italian champions currently look to be a far cry from the side that reached the Champions League final last season; four points adrift of Napoli in the league, their loss at the weekend saw them drop into third place and failure to win on Wednesday could leave them in a tricky position heading into the final group game in December.
"We have lost two matches in Serie A so I can say that we need to improve our attitude and mentality, especially in the defence," Allegri told reporters ahead of the game against Barca. "And we need to find the right balance in order to bring the results home."
It will not be an easy task and simply striking the appropriate balance may not be enough against a Barcelona team that have not lost since their Super Copa defeat to Real Madrid in August.
The Liga leaders come into the game on the back of a comfortable 3-0 win over Leganes at the weekend, with Luis Suarez bagging a confidence-boosting double, and they will be keen to wrap up their place in the last 16 with a game to spare.
