K’Ogalo have lost only two matches so far this season; against Bandari and Thika United

Gor Mahia trophy presentation ceremony has been pushed back by a day, to September 30.

K’Ogalo were initially set to be handed a record 17th KPL title on September 29 but they will have to wait for a little longer when they take on Mathare United a day later at the Moi Stadium.

The match has also been moved from Machakos to Kisumu, that for the second year running, will host the Kenyan champions’ inauguration ceremony.

“An early kick-off has been decided upon to allow for enough time for the trophy presentation,” the club Organizing Secretary, Judith Nyangi said.

Gor Mahia retained the KPL title with six games to spare. K’Ogalo have lost only two matches so far this season; against Bandari and Thika United.
