Gor Mahia and Kaizer Chiefs reach deal for the signature of Godfrey Walusimbi

This is after the Kenyan champions confirmed on Friday that they have reached an agreement with South African side Kaizer Chiefs to sale the player.

Chiefs are said to have picked on the impressive Walusimbi to help strengthen their leaking defence. Walusimbi has been a key player for Gor Mahia especially this campaign, where K’Ogalo are taking part in the Caf Confederation Cup.

And K’Ogalo have confirmed on their twitter account that an agreement has been struck between the two teams that will see Walusimbi join Kaizer Chiefs. Walusimbi was still having a one and half year contract, but Chiefs have paid off the same.

His last game for the Kenyan champions was the 2-1 defeat against Bandari.
