Furious Robert Matano promises to storm the market after Tusker's recent defeat

Matano said that he will be making changes in almost all the departments during the short transfer season

Robert Matano is considering making a number of significant signings during the Kenyan Premier League mid-season transfer window.

Tusker’s weakness were exposed by Kakamega Homeboyz, who handed Matano his third straight defeat in six matches following a 2-0 win at Ruaraka grounds on Saturday.

Matano, who had lost to Kariobangi Sharks and Nakumatt before Homeboyz slip, was left fuming at the result adding that the Brewers will be going big into the market to join the weak points.

The 'Lion' said that he will be making changes in almost all the departments during the short transfer season. “We didn’t do anything today but we need to do something. We cannot have these quality players, but we fail to win matches.

“We have to get quality players in the transfer window.

“I will not change the whole team, but we have to do something. We need players who can change the game.

"We need a striker, who takes chances, a midfielder who can dictate the game and a goalkeeper, who can take control."
