Ugandan creative and attacking midfielder Alan Kateregga does not mind playing in the Kenyan Premier League despite his bad boy reputation.

The midfielder has bad books with Ushuru FC, Tusker and AFC Leopards, with the latter opting to send him to KCCA albeit on loan, in order to see out his contract.

Kateregga says he has a lot to offer, and soon he will reveal his decision following the expiry of his loan deal with KCCA. “My contract with KCCA has already expired and currently I do not have a club.

“They have offered me a permanent deal but I have to scrutinize the terms well before making my mind. Well, I really do not know whether I will be playing for them next season or not.”

When asked by Goal about playing in the KPL, Kateregga said, “Why not? I have had amazing moments there and will not mind going back. It is a good league and a competitive one too.”

Kateregga was left out of Uganda Cranes squad, currently in Morocco for Chan, despite taking part in Cecafa tournament held in Kenya last month.
