Former Black Stars wideman, Laryea Kingston, has confirmed his participation in Saturday’s “Celebrity Workout”.

A regular pundit of the Football Legends Night Show on GH One TV, Kingston revealed his extreme interest in the rebranded “Accra Works Out” aerobic sessions which has been replaced by “Celebrity Workout” and expressed his desire to join other celebrities to work out on Saturday at the Aviation Social Center.

“I used to join the fun each month at Primeval Media’s “Accra Works Out” and now that the name has been changed to “Celebrity Workout”, I look forward to meeting other celebrities to work out and have more fun.

“From what I know, despite these group workouts being fun, they also present opportunities and I entreat all and sundry not to miss out,” he added.

Kingston joins a growing list of celebrities including Augustine Ahinful, Stephen Appiah, Gloria Sarfo, Salma Mumin, Evelyn Addo, Okyeame Kwame, DKB, Elaine Attoh, among others, who have confirmed their participation.

“Celebrity Workout” is a three-hour aerobic session with celebrities, keep-fit clubs and private individuals which will be held at the Aviation Social Centre on Saturday, September 23, 2017.

Participants will benefit from free medical screening and networking opportunities.

The event is powered by Primeval Media, with support from Acacia Medical Center, Awake Mineral Water and Origin Zero (GGBL).
