Azam FC have agreed to sign Yanga's striker Donald Ngoma on a one year deal in undisclosed fee.
Ngoma signed a two year deal with Yanga at the start of the season and he has one year left on his deal with the former Tanzanian Champions.
According to the Azam website, Ngoma will undergo a medical in Vincent Pallotti, Cape Town before completing the paper work.
The Zimbabwean striker joined Yanga in 2016 from FC Platinum and went on to win two premier league titles and one FA Cup.
However, Ngoma he has endured one of the toughest season of his career after being out of action for almost the whole the season.
If the deal will is completed, Ngoma will have a chance to work with his former Head Coach Hans van Pluijm who is reportedly ready to take over at Azam at the end of the season.
