AFC Leopards will be hosting rivals Gor Mahia hoping to bag maximum points and hand K'Ogalo first defeat of the season.
The two sides have met twice in all competitions already this season, with Gor Mahia emerging tops in both encounters.
However, the twelve-time league champions will miss the services of top players due to several factors as coach Rodolfo Zapata has revealed to Goal.
"Our captain Duncan Otieno is out, suspended after accumulating five yellow cards, it is going to be a blow for us, but we have to cope without him. Kamura Robinson and Marita Brian, are also out injured, those are key players, who have been valuable to us.
"It will be an opportunity for others to show what they can do, I believe we have players who can fill their shoes."
