FULL TIME: PERTH GLORY 3 SYDNEY FC 1 - Perth Glory have broken their Sydney FC hoodoo, to beat them 3-1 breaking a hoodoo that stretched out all the back to 2013, since they had previously beaten the Sky Blues. They set it up with a three goal first half. The Sky Blues showed more intensity in the second half, as Le Fondre shook the net in the 68th minute. Hopes were high the Sky Blues would go on with it, but it wasn't to be. A thoroughly deserved win for the Perth Glory.
