The World Cup-winning Frenchman tested positive for DHEA, a banned substance that boosts testosterone, after Juventus’ opening game of the 2023-24 season. According to the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-13388061/US-based-wellbeing-company-health-guru-centre-Paul-Pogbas-failed-drugs-test.html " target="_blank">Daily Mail</a>, it has been alleged that United States-based wellness company 10X Health Systems are responsible for the pills that saw <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/watch-out-ryan-reynolds-banned-paul-pogba-film-star-juventus-former-man-utd-midfielder-four-year-doping-suspension/blt92f721c99e3ddfb2" target="_blank">Pogba fall foul of doping regulations</a>. Gary Brecka and Carrie Carda find themselves at the centre of that storm – with 10X Health Systems featuring on the label of at least one of the bottles that has got Pogba in trouble.

The Mail claims there is photographic evidence of that, with the 31-year-old claiming to have taken a course of tablets that were prescribed to him to help address certain deficiencies in his body. Pogba claims that Carda administered the pills in questions following his initial consultation with Brecka, while Carda “prescribed” other medication.
