The Ghana international was forced to take an early shower after receiving a second yellow card for a sliding tackle on Mario Mandzukic in the 57th minute.
Torino were 1-0 up as at the Black Star’s sending off, and Comi believes the result could have been lot more positive for his outfit had they played at full strength.
“You can clearly hear Acquah’s impact on the ball; the foul should have been a warning,” Comi told his club’s official website.
“Anything goes but some things are unacceptable.
“It is quite obvious that having played almost the entire second half outnumbered against a strong team like Juventus affected our game.
“Everyone makes mistakes, and we can understand that the referee’s decision is made within a split second.”
Acquah, by his suspension, will sit out Sunday’s welcome of Napoli.
In 18 league appearances this season, the 25-year-old has made 11 starts, scoring twice.
