Singida United have been handed a Geoffrey Mwashiuya transfer boost by Yanga after the club has reportedly put up the player for sale.
The young star has failed to live up to his great potential in his time with the Jangwani outfit, finding himself in and out of the starting line-up, particularly under the departed Head Coach, George Lwandamina.
Mwashiuya emerged as one of the top young players in Tanzania during his time at former club Kimondo FC of Mbeya, attracting plenty of interest from Premier League clubs.
Goal understands that Yanga are looking to release him in order to open up places for other big names to join the club.
Mwashiuya will feel comfortable to join Singida United under Hans van Pluijm because he is the coach who signed him from Kimondo three seasons ago.
However, Singida United have to act fast because some reports suggest that newly promoted side KMC have entered the race to sign the young star.
