Sebastien Migne promises to field a strong squad for Kenya against Ghana

Sebastien Migne is happy to welcome 'new faces' at Harambee Stars with the trooping of foreign legions ahead of the Afcon qualifier against Ghana.

Migne, who signed a three-year deal as Kenyan coach in May, has only worked with a majority of the local-based players.

Migne is hopeful that the additional talents in his squad will help him come up with a formidable side against the Black Stars. “I’m happy to start with some new players because, in June, it was almost all local (players).

“It was long to wait four months to discover my players. I hope to have all my players and to start to develop a good link and to start a good line up for Ghana.”

Ghana are leaders of Group F with three points following an opening day 5-0 thrashing of Ethiopia, while Kenya are second from bottom with no point after losing to Sierra Leone 2-1.
