Los Blancos aim for three wins out of the three in La Liga and we are backing them to record another low-scoring success against their neighbours

Leganes produced the biggest domestic shock of the entire campaign last season when they knocked Real Madrid out of the Copa Del Rey on away goals thanks to a 2-1 win at the Bernabeu.

It was Los Pepineros' first ever win at the home of their more illustrious neighbours and was arguably the low point of Zinedine Zidane's tenure at the club.

Latest odds

bet365 do not envisage any problems for Los Blancos this weekend and offer them at 1/7 (1.14) for the win.

Leganes have lost all four La Liga matches they have ever played against Madrid and are priced at 20/1 (21.00) to end that run with a victory, while the draw can be backed at 15/2 (8.50).

Team news

Thibaut Courtois is still waiting to make his debut since making his summer move to the Spanish capital, with Keylor Navas being selected ahead of him, whilst Luka Modric has yet to play this season and could start here.

Leganes meanwhile completed the loan signing of Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin this week, although he is unable to play against his parent club.

Preview

Real Madrid enjoyed 78 percent of the ball against Getafe in their last home match, with Navas' only save coming in stoppage at the end of the match in a comfortable 2-0 victory.

We should expect them to dominate once more, and Leganes are likely to struggle to impose themselves only Malaga and Las Palmas, who finished bottom and second bottom respectively, scored fewer goals than Los Pepineros last term.

While they have brought in players to try and address that problem, Lega are likely to end the season once more as one of the least prolific sides in the division.

Tips and predictions

Against Getafe, we backed a Real Madrid win and under 3.5 goals and that selection seems like a solid option once more at 13/10 (2.30).

This bet pays out with a 1-0, 2-0, 2-1 or 3-0 success for Lopetegui's men and gives punters plenty of options for the game.
