Papiss Cisse’s brace helps Alanyaspor end five-game winless run

Papiss Cisse inspired Alanyaspor to an emphatic 5-0 triumph over Kayserispor with his two goals in Saturday's Turkish top-flight outing.

The Bahcesehir Okullari Stadium who last won a league game on September 19 [vs. Akhisarspor] ended their winless streak in style.

Angola forward Djalma started the goal spree for the hosts with his late first-half effort from the penalty spot - his first for the Alanya outfit since his summer switch from PAOK.

Efecan Karaca doubled the lead 14 minutes after the restart before Cisse's six-minute brace.

The Senegal international was assisted by Djalma for his first goal in the 73rd minute and later increased his league tally to five goals in eight appearances in the 79th minute.

The 31-year-old bagged his brace of assists after helping Junior Fernandes to seal Alanyaspor win in the 81st minute.

The win moved Sergen Yalcin's men to the 11th spot in the table with 15 points from 13 games. They travel to Konyaspor for the next game on November 30.
