The Harbour City chief has accused the Phobians's manager of using profanity against his players and coach

Tema Youth CEO Wilfred Osei 'Palmar' has accused Hearts of Oak coach Frank Elliott Nuttall of using profanity against his coach and players during their 3-1 defeat in the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Thomas Abbey scored twice for Hearts and Kwame Kizito added another before Joseph Paintsil got a consolation for Tema but the defeat didn't bother the Ghana FA executive committee member, instead he got frustrated with the coach's comments.

''Frank Nuttall was using the F-word on us during the game on Sunday, and it was his team manager Saban Quaye who told us not to mind him because that is how he is,'' Osei told Asempa FM.

''I expect the fourth referee and the match commissioner to put his actions in their reports to GFA so that he can be punished.

"When they fail to do so, I will take them on with all due respect, because it was a bad comment and he should be punished for him to put a stop to it.

''The expatriate coaches look down on Ghanaians most often especially local coaches when they come to Ghana and it is very bad,'' he added.

Tema are currently sitting 13th on the log with 28 points and will host Wafa on matchday 25.
