Nigeria foes, Rwanda hit Tunisia for pre-CHAN camping

Rwanda men's national team landed in Tunis ahead of their 10-day camping ahead of this month's 2018 African Nations Championship billed for Morocco.

The 31-man delegation made up of 23 players and eight officials landed in Tunisia's capital city on Tuesday morning hours after they left Kigali on Monday enroute Doha.

On Friday, head coach Antoine Hey, whose side will face Nigeria, Libya and Equatorial Guinea in Group C named their final 23-man squad for the tournament scheduled to hold between January 13 to February 4.

During their stay in Tunis, the Amavubi will play two friendlies against Sudan on January 5 and Algeria on January 10 before they depart for Tangier, venue of their CHAN opener a day later.

Rwanda will open their campaign against Nigeria at the Stade Ibn Batouta on January 15 before they face Equatorial Guinea and later Libya.
