While Christopher Schindler picked up the Terriers' official club award, the Examiner has declared Mooy the club's most consistent performer this season handing him an overall rating of 6.93 out of 10.
Jonathan Hogg was the next best rated at 6.76 while Ben Hamer was the worst given 5.33 out of 10.
Mooy scored three goals and picked up one assist this season for Huddersfield as the club finished bottom of the Premier League.
Set for a return to the Championship should he stay with the Terriers, Mooy has been linked with off-season moves to a number of clubs and Southampton have now emerged as serious contenders.
According to The Sun, the Saints are big fans of the Socceroo and are set to ask Huddersfield how much he will cost them.
The Terriers have reportedly placed a £15 million price tag on Mooy, who has been with the Terriers since 2016.
"Time to refresh the mind after a tough, tough year," Mooy wrote on Instagram at season's end.
"Thanks to the fans for sticking by us no matter what."
