This should be quite a straightforward win for Man City. The two sides met earlier in the season at the Etihad where City made light work of the Cottagers, brushing them aside in a 3-0 win.

Fulham are in abysmal form and putting a run together in the Carabao Cup will be the least of their concerns at the moment.

The two clubs are at the opposite end of the table with Slavisa Jokanovic's men battling relegation and Man City duking it out in the title race.

Fulham have never won the League Cup in their history whereas Man City are the current holders after beating Arsenal in last year's final.

Phil Foden should get a run out and against Fulham's leaky defence he could have one of his best performances yet as he will find himself with a lot of time on the ball.
