Simba Head Coach, Pierre Lechantre has asked his players not to give up or be disappointed after failing to maintain their unbeaten status following Kagera Sugar 1-0 defeat.
Speaking after the match, the Frenchman said that even though they have failed to maintain the status but they have done a good job to their fans by winning the trophy so there is no reason to give up.
“The important thing is we won the title for the first time after five season, the record is there and if we failed to reach it is nothing, we will try the next time,” Said Lechantre.
Lechantre further reminded his players that they have a CAF Champions League campaign to look up to next season so the best thing to do will be to keep it in mind and prepare for it.
