An Icelandic hospital administered a record number of epidurals on pregnant women giving birth this weekend - exactly nine months after the stunning result in Nice.
Lars Lagerback's team beat the Three Lions back on June 27 of last year, sparking huge celebrations among the many fans that had travelled to France as well as those watching from home.
And the parties had a predictable result: According to the Icelandic magazine Visir, pain relief was given to more expectant mothers at Landspitali hospital than ever before over the weekend of March 25 and 26.
"Set a record for the number of epidurals in the maternity unit this weekend - nine months after the 2-1 win over England," Asgeir Petur Porvaldsson, a resident at the hospital in the department of anesthesiology, posted on Twitter.
That's one way to mark the occasion.
