Wazito FC will take on Gor Mahia in a Kenyan Premier League match at Moi Stadium in Kisumu.
When the two sides met in the first leg, Jacques Tuyisenge scored the only goal that enabled the defending champions to bag maximum points. Wazito head coach Frank Ouna has admitted that Gor Mahia comes into the match as favorites, but his charges are determined to get something from the match.
“Gor Mahia is the best team in the country and East Africa, that we have to admit and facing them is a huge task. They have been doing well in the competitions they have been taking part in and that has given them confidence.
“For me this is a match to gauge my new players, we have lost several and signed their replacement, so it will be a match that will help me gauge them. But again playing Gor is a motivation because players will want to prove their worth,” Ouna told Goal on Wednesday.
Wazito is currently bottom of the league with seventeen points, half of what Gor Mahia has on top of the table.
