AFC Leopards interim coach Dennis Kitambi is set to leave the twelve time league champions early next month.

“My players are aware that I am leaving, the information has been passed to them already. Yes they are disappointed but at the same time they have understood it is for the best of my career. I leave with good memories of the club and to be honest I enjoyed my stay.

“I wish the team all the best this season and I hope it will be a successful one as initially planned,” Kitambi told Goal.

Ingwe are now searching for Kitambi replacement and have already been linked with a move for former Sofapaka coach Sam Ssimbwa.
