Chemelil Sugar have completed the signing of goalkeeper Kevin Otieno on a two-year contract.
Coach Francis Baraza has hailed the arrival of the former Sony Sugar man saying he is a quality addition to his team and will provide much-needed experience at the back.
"It is true Otieno has joined us, and to me, it is a massive boost to the team. We all know his quality considering the fact that he has played in the Kenyan Premier League. It is the department we wanted to strengthen and by doing so we will definitely avoid conceding cheap goals.
"We are not yet done; if we get a good player we will definitely bring him on board, but again we want to develop young players."
Otieno had initially played for Sony Sugar before quitting mid-last year due to financial related issues.
