The 21-year-old was on the score sheet as LAFC and Houston Dynamo shared the spoils on Wednesday

Ghanaian attacker Latif Blessing scored his second goal in two successive games as Los Angeles FC held Houston Dynamo to a 2-2 draw in Major League Soccer on Wednesday.

The strike comes just three days after he registered the last goal of a 4-1 triumph over Philadelphia Union

His goals tally stands at four in 17 games involving 13 starts this season.

In Wednesday's fixture at the BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas, Blessing opened the scoring for LAFC after just five minutes of play.

The attacker latched on to an Adama Diomande through ball in the penalty box and made no mistake as he planted his effort beyond goalkeeper Joe Willis.

Mark Anthony Kaye then made it 2-0 to the visitors in the 72nd minute, seemingly killing off the game, until Dynamo launched a timely late challenge in injury time.

In the fourth minute of stoppage, Mauro Manotas pulled one goal back for the home side after being set up by Damarcus Beasley.

Two minutes later, the incredible happened as Philippe Senderos was assisted by Alberto Elis for the equalizer.
