National Super League side Bidco United has parted ways with coach Leonard Saleh, seven months after he joined the club.
Saleh, who joined United at the start of the year, was shown the door a week ago after the management opted against offering him a new deal.
The management of Bidco, who are fifth on the log, were reluctant to extend Saleh’s stay at the side following the expiry of the short-term deal he signed in January.
"Saleh is no longer with the team. The management decided not to give him a new contract," a source from the club told Goal.
His assistant Anthony Akhulia has been handed the reigns and he's assisted by goalkeepers’ trainer Charles Korea.
Akhulia played a key role in helping the team beat the drop in 2017 when he replaced Robert Matano in August.
