Amoako believes he's privileged to get another opportunity to play in the Ghana Premier League.
"I will say joining Dreams FC is a very great privilege and I feel honoured to be part of this great family. I’m excited," Amoako told the club's website.
"Coming here and me being in the Ghana Premier League for some time, I will like to say Dreams is a professional club and everything about the club is absolutely professional, especially the way the management staff work in the secretariat and also the way and manner in which work is being done here makes me feel very happy.
"I think I have joined a great family and a home as well. I’m very happy and I hope things will work out for good.
"I will say I have gained a lot of experience from the work I’m doing and joining Dreams FC which I know is a young club but has many good objectives ahead," he said.
He added: "Talking about me being scared of competition in the team is something that you must take out because this is what I have been doing since my childhood. Competition is no threat at all.
"I came to meet others here but I am going to give them the normal respect as team mates, because we are all working to achieve the same objective by moving Dreams forward. Even though there is going be a competition, I believe it’s going to be a healthy one."
Amoako has become the fifth major signing by Dreams after Cletus Nombil who joined from Mighty Jets, while Razak Cromwell, James Wiafe and Issah Yakubu arrived from Proud United.
