Tusker FC have competed the signing of midfielder Kevin Kimani from Greek second Division One side Fostiras.
Kimani has been training with the former league champions at Ruaraka ground and after impressing coach Francis Kimanzi, has been handed a two year contract.
“We have agreed personal terms with him and we are only waiting for an ITC from his Greek club. He is a player who will spur our attack and I am pleased that he is here with us. This season we mean business and we want to get this title back,” Tusker FC team director Charles Obiny told Goal.
Obiny also revealed they will not be letting go of Khalid Aucho despite huge interest from Sofapaka. “He is our player and has a running contract with us. He was very important to our squad last year and we still need him. We are not selling him anytime soon.”
Tusker have been busy in the transfer window netting several players who will hopefully spur them to success. From Mathare, they have plucked Osborne Monday, Lloyd Wahome and Dennis Nzomo, from KCB they have Clifford Alwanga and Brian Osumba while they have picked Rodgers Omondi from Talanta.
