Kenyan striker Michael Olunga was on the scoresheet twice as Swedish side Djurgardens cruised to a 3-1 victory against IFK Gotenborg on Monday.
The former Gor Mahia striker ended his goal drought with a double and also helped his side to an important win. Olunga was happy to end his goal drought. "I knew the goals will come but as a player you have to wait for it to happen. It was important that I get it going. I will strive to maintain my fitness and score more.”
Olunga was yet to score for Djurgardens in 14 outings and the two goals could drive him to score more.
