Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast, Gullit said: "You see clubs nowadays that are run more by business than by heart. You see it with AC Milan, with Roma, with Chelsea and Man Utd, that they don't understand it for some reason. It feels like the heart is out of the club.
"What I like for Liverpool is that Klopp gave you a DNA. What is Liverpool all about? And they got another coach who did exactly the same. That's what you need to do, you have to build on that same DNA.
"Fans get upset because they can't recognise it. They say, 'What the hell is this all?' That is the most difficult part nowadays."
