But according to <a href="https://football-italia.net/osimhen-could-snub-chelsea-to-wait-psg-dream/" target="_blank">Football Italia,</a> the 25-year-old is waiting for PSG and is not keen on the idea of joining the west Londoners.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Osimhen is said to be apprehensive about heading to the Premier League as Chelsea will not play in the Champions League this season. The Napoli forward netted 17 goals in 32 appearances for the Serie A side last term, despite the previous champions having a very poor campaign.

While Osimhen is looking for a move away from the Italian top flight, Lukaku is keen to return again.
