Senegal XI against Equador: Nampalys Mendy, Ndiaye starts in World Cup clash

Experienced goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has been retained in goal as Senegal take on Ecuador at Khalifa International Stadium in their final Group A game.

After being partially blamed for the 2-0 loss versus Netherlands, the Chelsea keeper put on a good display to help the Teranga Lions defeat Qatar 3-1.

For Tuesday's game Pathe Ciss replaces Nampalys Mendy in midfield as Boulaye Dia leads the attacking department.

La Tri have been impressive so far after an opening win over Qatar and a comeback that saw them share the spoils with the Dutch on matchday two.
