Chelsea shared a video of James where she stopped to take a selfie with a young fan who spotted the Lionesses star while with her family. The 22-year-old talked to the youngster's family members before posing for the photo.

Over the last couple of years, James has garnered an intense fan following thanks to her style of play and her meteoric rise to fame. She has been a pivotal player for the Blues this season with seven goals in nine league games so far.

With the league having been on the winter break, James will next be in action in the Blues' first game of the year when they take on West Ham in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Sunday, January 14.
