    WHAT HAPPENED

Son Heung-min made his highly anticipated Major League Soccer debut for Los Angeles Football Club in a road match against Chicago Fire that ended in an engaging 2-2 draw. Following the match, Son expressed  frustration with the result, stating that the team had created sufficient opportunities to secure three points.

“Obviously, it's a bit disappointed, not getting three points," he told Apple TV. "But generally, I think everybody put a lot of effort and happy to make the debut and I hope the goals are coming soon... we tied this game, but as I said before, we should have won this game. I'm a little bit disappointed."

Overall, Son was pleased to get his LAFC tenure underway, saying, "I'm happy I made the debut, and I hope that the goals are coming soon."
