    Chelsea and French side Saint-Etienne have struck an agreement over a deal worth around £12 million ($15m) that will see the 19-year-old move to Stamford Bridge ahead of the transfer window closing on Monday, The Daily Mailreports.

    Enzo Maresca's side have been in the market for a new midfielder for some time and turned their attention to the France Under-19 international late in the window, having also considered a move for Sporting CP's Dario Essugo.
