    The women's side of Barcelona has set the world alight over the last half-decade with the side winning 12 trophies since the start of the 2019 season, and the popularity has been shown in the regular attendances for the side. The fame has now also been showcased by the shirt sales within the club, with the two Ballon d'Or winners appearance in the top five. Putellas features fourth and Bonmati fifth, behind Robert Lewandowski in first, Pedri in second and Gavi in third place, per Attacking Third on X.

    Over the last couple of years, Barca Femeni have played several matches at the same stadium as the men's side. The rise of the side has been seen as an overall positive for the women's game in general, as they have set alight the stage on multiple occasions and even broke the record for the highest attendance at a women's game twice in 2022.

    The Femeni side set a record for the highest-ever attendance in a women's game when they hosted Wolfsburg in the semi-final of the Women's Champions League in 2022 where they won 5-1 on the night. Just one month before that they had broken the previous record for the highest attendance when they hosted Real Madrid.

    With the international break set to end this weekend, Barcelona Femeni will take on Eibar on December 9, as they look to keep up their winning streak in the league.
