TEAM NEWS: Lampard, Ramires & Hazard start for Chelsea's fixture against Everton

The England midfielder keeps his place for the visit to Goodison Park despite his future with the club being in doubt, while David Moyes looks to Victor Anichebe for inspiration
Frank Lampard, David Luiz and Ramires all start for visitors Chelsea against Everton, with Luiz again handed a role in central midfield by boss Rafa Benitez after impressing there in recent weeks.

With John Terry still injured, Branislav Ivanovic and Gary Cahill will continue their promising partnership in central defence with Cesar Azpilicueta at right-back.

Victor Anichebe and Nikica Jelavic will lead the line for the hosts as Marouane Fellaini serves the final game of his three-match ban, with Steven Naismith and Steven Pienaar providing support from the flanks.

Fernando Torres starts up top for the visitors, and will be backed up by Juan Mata and Eden Hazard as the Blues look to keep the pressure on Manchester United and go third with a victory at Goodison Park.

Thomas Hitzelsperger will have to be on top form against the Champions League holders in the middle of the park, as he partners regular starter Leon Osman after injuries ruled out Phil Neville and Darron Gibson.
