Salgaocar FC are set to part ways with Santosh Kashyap ahead of the Federation Cup, according to sources within the Goan side.
It is reliably learnt that during the Goan derby over the weekend which Salgaocar FC lost 3-0 to Sporting Clube de Goa, Kashyap turned towards the VIP box and said, “Excuse me sir, can you please mind your language.”
According to sources close to Goal, the above mentioned statement was directed at Salgaocar FC chairperson Shivanand Salgaocar who was voicing his displeasure on his team’s display.
Mario Soares is expected to be at the helm of the club when they take on Mohun Bagan next week in the Federation Cup. When Goal contacted Kashyap on Monday evening, he didn't confirm whether he would put in his papers at the club.
